Shipping and Ordering
-We ship Monday-Friday
-Please allow 48 business hours for your order to ship.
-Please call us for a shipping quote. We'll need to know if you need an appointment, liftgate service, or if it will be a residential delivery.
-All pallet orders are shipped with Guaranteed Shipping. If you are expecting an item that is not shipped under the recommendation of the Garber Team, Garber Corp is not responsible for damage to items during made during transit. Please consult with your freight carrier or shipper for any claims.
-Our minimum for shipping is 1 pallet with a value of $1,000 and with 3 units of Mirrors or 8 units of Shadow Boxes and Art. If you would like to order less than the minimum, Garber Corp is not responsible for any damage to items made in transit. Please consult with your freight carrier or shipper for any claims.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please let us know as soon as possible, we want to make it right!
-If your package is delivered by a carrier with obvious damage, please refuse the package so that Garber Corp can file claims with the carrier service.
-If you receive an item that is damaged, please complete one of our damage claim forms and contact Customer Service within 30 days for a credit or replacement.
-Please note that refunds, exchanges, or replacements may not be honored without proof of purchase or for purchases made after 30 days of receipt. Our art work on canvas can be exchanged; however, we can only make exchanges on canvas’.
